The passenger throughput in July increased by over 18% month on month and 12% year-on-year, with an average daily passenger volume exceeding 220000 and peak days exceeding 240000. The policies of visa free entry and inbound tourism have significantly boosted the number of international and regional passengers at the Capital International Airport, reaching 1.762 million in July, a year-on-year increase of 13%. With the opening of new flights from Capital Airport to Venice and Bishkek by Air China, the annual international and regional passenger throughput exceeded 10 million on July 18th, 19 days earlier than last year; On July 20th, the airport's passenger throughput exceeded 40 million people ahead of last year. In the future, new national exclusive flight points such as Bucharest and Zagreb will be opened.
